How to request a Medical Second Opinion

For a second-opinion consultation, it is necessary to receive your child’s complete medical documentation in advance, as well as information about the therapeutic options currently being offered.

The documentation may include, among others:

  • Medical reports
  • Imaging studies (tumour and response to treatment)
  • Diagnostic paraffin block (and, if applicable, recurrence)
  • Reports from surgery, cardiology, nephrology, radiotherapy, etc.

Once the documentation has been received and reviewed, your child’s case will be assessed for consultation in Pediatric Oncology.

To request an appointment for a second opinion, please call +34 91 708 99 35 or submit your request via the Contact page, attaching the required documentation.

The Radiology Department will only perform the necessary tests if you attend your appointment with a prior medical report.
