The appointment system of the Unit has changed. From now on, follow-up appointments, treatments and consultations are managed through the official HM Hospitales system.

This will open an external secure platform from HM Hospitales.

The appointment system of the Unit has changed. From now on, follow-up appointments, treatments and consultations are managed through the HM Hospitales APP (iOS and Android).
Before requesting an appointment
Download the APP and register using the details of the parent who will manage the process. Then link your child as an associated patient in the settings section of the APP.
The application itself will indicate the email address to which you must send the required documentation:
Once the minor has been authorized as an associated patient, you will be able to request an appointment through the usual APP process. Please remember that all appointments are managed through this system.
Steps to request an appointment in the APP
- Press “Request appointment”.
- Select “Continue requesting a normal appointment”.
- Choose “Medical consultation and clinical analysis”.
- Select the patient.
- Under Province, select Madrid.
- Under Center, select HM Montepríncipe.
- Under Specialty, select Pediatric Hematology and Oncology.
- Under Medical act, select the appropriate option.
- Under Doctor, select All.
- Click Next step and confirm the appointment.
Important: please always arrive between 08:30 and 09:30, regardless of the time assigned in the appointment.
Note: the Unit’s secretary can only manage radiological tests. General appointments are scheduled exclusively through the APP.
